Perth Children's Court is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Protection and care proceedings generally start at 9am.

Criminal proceedings generally start at 10am.

These times may vary depending on the Court's caseloads.

Each day at court there are a number of matters on the list.

Many factors influence the order in which these matters are called and the time that you will appear in court.

These factors differ daily, depending on what is going on in court.

Be prepared to wait a while before it is your turn.

There are privately-run Wilson car parks located on Pier Street and Stirling Street, and City of Perth street parking on Pier Street and James Street. See the City of Perth Parking website for further parking information.

The Courthouse is located behind McIver Railway Station and two blocks from the Perth City Railway Station.
